Rinsing Machines - Air Rinsers
Use a blast of clean air to remove dust and other debris from containers prior to filling with Air Rinsing Machines from LPS.
Air rinsers use special nozzles to blast a stream of air inside each bottle to loosen dust and debris and rinse it from the container. Air rinsing machines may invert bottles to allow the contaminants to fall into a rinse basin or they may use a vacuum in combination with the air rinse to clean bottles. Either version of the bottle rinser can clean a range of container materials, shapes, and sizes.
Liquid Packaging Solutions manufactures both semi-automatic and automatic air rinsing machines. Semi-automatic machines require an operator to place and remove bottles with each cycle run, while automatic air rinsers use a PLC and indexing system to either invert or vacuum bottles without the need for continuous operator interaction. For more information on any of the air rinser models, click below or call LPS to discuss bottle cleaning options with a packaging specialist.
