Clean bottles with water, product, or other rinse media to remove contaminants from containers prior to filling with Wet Rinsers from LPS.
Wet rinsers typically invert bottles over a rinse basin to remove dust, debris, and other materials from containers. By rinsing inside containers prior to filling and capping, products can be protected from contamination. Once containers are inverted, rinse nozzles blast the inside of containers with customer supplied water, product or other liquid to wash the debris into an easily cleanable reservoir. Though normally used to clean the inside of bottles, these machines can be manufactured to provide an exteror rinse as well.
At Liquid Packaging Solutions, we manufacture both semi-automatic and automatic wet rinsing machines. Semi-automatic equipment requires an operator to place bottles on the rinse nozzles, initiate the rinse and then remove cleaned containers. Automatic wet rinsers use a PLC and indexing system to clean multiple bottles each cycle as they are delivered via a power conveyor.
