For press-on style closures, the Automatic Snap Capping Machine from Liquid Packaging Solutions applies pressure to the caps for consistent and reliable sealing. Using an automatic cap delivery system to provide each container with one closure, the bottle and cap combination move through the capper on a power conveyor, with closures either pressed on via a tamp head or snapped into place by the increasing pressure of a capping belt, depending on the application.
