PHARMACEUTICAL - Basic Automated System - Thick Products

Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical products cover a wide range of products, some thin and free-flowing, others thick and slower to move.  For this reason, packaging machinery in the industry will vary from project to project, but almost all equipment will be of a sanitary nature, to protect the products that are injected, ingested or otherwise taken into the body.  For thick Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals, a typical automated packaging system may consist of:

• Loading Turntable
• Power Conveyors
• Automatic Rinsing Machine
• Automatic Pump Filler
• Automatic Chuck Capper
• Labeling Machine - Wrap *
• Accumulating Turntable

Each Pharma or Nutra project will include equipment unique to the needs of the product.  For this reason, the typical system described above may be modified to reach the ideal packaging solution.
